We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and improve performance. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or any consent tools we provide. Some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

We also work with third-party analytics and advertising partners that use cookies, pixels, and device identifiers to understand how you use the Platform and to show you Harvest content on other sites and services. Harvest is based in the United States, and your information is processed in the USA. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the USA, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. We take reasonable measures to ensure your information receives appropriate protection wherever it is processed.

Information From Children

The Platform is intended only for accredited investors who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
