Because we lead and allocate the investment, you can invest as little as $10K on the same terms as a $100K investor. But, you can always invest more if you like.

No management fees. No carry.

We never take fees or a cut of profits from a member's investment.

We invest in, and share deals for apartment buildings (new builds and renovations), condo buildings, commercial projects, and more. Typical deals we join are raising well over $1m.

Investment threshold from $10K

Multi-million dollar properties, at terms usually reserved for funds. Access to deals that typically have a $100k+ minimum.

Accelerated diligence before you see deals

We scrutinize every number inside every deal before it ever makes its way to you. When it does, you have all necessary details like financials, market data, and even a Q&A with the builders so you can make the best decision for you.

Active growth community

Dinners, retreats, and candid conversations with investors, operators, executives and more. We're constantly working to make your membership the investment with the highest return.

What Harvest isn't

An open crowdfunding portal

There's no sign-up button. Access comes after application and review. We're not for everyone.

Small-scale real estate

No single-family homes, small fix-and-flips, or multifamily buildings under 10 units.

A fund or a REIT

You choose which deals to invest in. Nobody allocates on your behalf.

A listings board or newsletter

We turn down the majority of deals we see. Volume isn't the point.

A trading account

Real estate is illiquid. Capital is committed for the life of each deal.
